RETRIEVE To collect UA Cinemas' tickets, swipe your credit card (or the bank card that is associated with your PPS account in case PPS payment is used) at any one of the ticket dispensing machines within the Cityline uaTDM Network. To collect Cine-Art House's tickets, swipe your credit card at any one of the ticket dispensing machines within the Cityline UTDM Network.

	Swipe your card. Important! Make sure this is the card you used to buy tickets. If online PPS payment is used, please use the ATM card associated with the PPS account)
	Tickets will come out here.

If you have any difficulty collecting your tickets at Cityline's Ticket Dispensing Machine, please approach the Box Office for assistance.
