Remarks :
- Each transaction allows you to purchase tickets from only one performance.
- You need to select your own favorite seats (the system does not suggest the best adjacent seats for you).
- You can choose to obtain the tickets by:
- postage (HK$15.0 mailing charge for local registered mail); or
- self-pickup at Sunbeam Theatre's box office by Credit Card; or
- self-pickup (free-of-charge) at Cityline’s Ticket Dispensing Machine located in any one of the UA cinemas
- Online ticketing operation hours are from 6:30am to 1:00am daily. There is a daily “no purchase period” between 1:00am and 6:29am. Tickets for events that are on their first day of counter sales are available for purchase on Internet at 6:30am.

Remarks :
- You can purchase tickets of multiple performances in a single transaction.
- The system will automatically choose and reserve the best adjacent seats for you (but you can also select your own favorite seats).
- You can choose to obtain the tickets by:
- postage (HK$18.0 mailing charge for local registered mail); or
- self-pickup at Sunbeam Theatre's box office by Credit Card; or
- self-pickup (free-of-charge) at any Parsons Music's branches by Credit Card.
- Online ticketing is basically available 24 hours a day, except that there is a daily 15-minute “no purchase period” between 5:45am and 6:00am to facilitate data refresh. Tickets for events that are on their first day of counter sales are available for purchase on Internet at 10:00am (for some of the Sunbeam Theatre’s events, the commencement time may be earlier – which is subject to the Theatre’s decision).
