Hong Kong International Film Festival is not responsible for lost mail orders due to customers’ submission of invalid or inaccurate mailing address.

In case of dispute, Cityline (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Hong Kong International Film Festival’s decision shall be final.

Unit prices in US Dollars are based on current exchange rates and may subject to fluctuations in current exchange rates on the day of purchase.

Collection Method:

i.

For Mail Delivery, you will receive your order in 4-6 weeks.

ii.

For Collection In Person, please print out the email confirmation after the order process as this will act as your invoice.

Publications:
HKIFF staff will inform you of the collection details by phone/ email within 3 working days after you place your order. You should also bring along your email confirmation and credit card to collect your favourite items.

Merchandises:
Buyers can collect items at the following location. You should also bring along your email confirmation and credit card to collect your favourite items.
